The SR3000 is a limited edition Soundgear series solid body electric bass model introduced by Ibanez for 1999. It was produced in Japan by FujiGen as part of the upscale Prestige line.
The SR3000 features a double-cutaway mahogany body bolted to a SR wenge and bubinga neck with a 24-fret wenge fingerboard with abalone ovals position markers and a matching headstock. Components include a Mono Rail bridge with D-tuner and 19mm string spacing, and a pair of IBZ SFR-S pickups channeled through a VM3LC 3-band EQ, a plastic nut, cosmo black hardware and Gotoh 510 tuning machines
* I have read that the IBZ SFR-S were built by DiMarzio. They are more punchy than the Bartolini's in my SR 4000.

Feels great, light-ish, low action, fast neck
it is in excellent condition ... low mileage.
* There is some light buckle rash on the back. I tried to get pictures, but it was hard to capture... the light angle had to be just right.
* There's a small sticker on the back of the head Stock that says "made in Japan" The "N" from Japan is missing.
... that's it otherwise she's like new.
