Looks new, other than the installed Velcro. Includes the box (which took a few dings, as it was wrapped and shipped in it from Italy) and bits (bag, instructions). Great, versatile unit, but not the right fit for my needs. Price includes shipping within the CONUS, PayPal is fine, not looking for trades.
