For sale Jazz VVT control plate

For sale is this Jazz VVT control plate in good condition (has a few minor scratches from use). Loaded with CTS 250k pots and a switchcraft jack (not sure what the cap is but it is very small like those in recent Fenders). Taken off of a Warmoth 5 string Jazz, works as it should. Sadowsky style control knobs. I'm parting out the bass so this is up for sale too.
