I have more than one fantastic JohnK pedal with the Billy Gould grunt/vintage Peavey Mark series of overdrive tones. They are the actual preamps in pedal form, with all the correct voltages going through them. And I own the actual Peavey amp itself now that gets that tone.
I was looking for a pedal with this tone for many, many years.
So I think it's time to let one go.
