I bought it directly from Kiesel (see spec sheet) and have not changed anything other than the strings. It's in good condition considering I gigged it year round for 3 years at about 40-50 gigs a year plus a fair amount of woodshedding. It has some minor blemishes: swirls on the pick guard, minor buckle rash, and a few small dents on the back of the body. There are some small nicks in the paint on the upper edge of the headstock.
The fretboard is excellent except for a few small marks between a couple of the lower frets from using round wounds. The frets are smooth and undamaged.
It plays great and can cop quite a few different tones. The neck has been very stable; I haven't adjusted the truss rod more than a couple times in the 5+ years that I've had it. It's not twisted or warped. I tested the truss rod last month (Jan 2022) - it absolutely works fine. The neck has a fairly slim profile that is smooth and fast. Action is medium low which is where I like it.
The case is in good condition. A few minor dings and scratches from schlepping but it is perfectly sound and the latches are tight and strong. I made an extra cutout inside the case to hold extra parts - tuner, batteries, etc. Works well. This bass is fully functional and sounds and plays excellent.
