I recently picked this up and found that it's got more features than I'd ever use. It's an excellent unit with great effects, drum loops, etc, but just more than I need.
It's in great shape (tiny scuff on screen, but I couldn't even photograph it). Comes with original box, software CD, USB cable, etc.
One complaint people have about the PX5D is the lack of a belt clip. I have one on there, held on by double-sided tape so it can be removed without leaving any marks.
