I am reluctantly putting this up for trade bait. I got it recently in a swap and it is just stunning. I have a few skylines and this is the first US Lakland I've owned, it does not disappoint. SUPER fast, fat and punchy, with an amazingly quick and slim neck feel. under 9 lbs. Really shocked at how quick and responsive it is, and although we always say "the B string is amazing on this bass", the B string really is remarkably better than almost any other B string I've played. I'm a huge sucker for cherry burst and this is just sublime. Amazing top and finish. It has a little players wear, but nothing really of note. I can send some pics if desired.
I'm only putting it up because I think in my heart I'm just a jazz bass guy, and so I would probably only trade this for the following (but feel free to pm me if you have something similar but not on this list), and really looking for ash/maple or something with similar punch/quickness. If I dont get it, I'll be happy to play this beast for a long while.
