Used it for my Alembics without any issues, so it should be enough light protection for most basses.
Crafted from beautifully fashioned, butter-soft leather. This top grain, Italian garment-leather bass guitar bag has protective 1" padding and 1/2" pile faux fur lining. Fits most long-scale (34") electric bass guitars. Inside dimensions: 49" x 16" at lower bout.
