Nice looking body, finish is not a pro job but OK. Taking an educated guess on body wood composition but am fairly certain that's what we're looking at here. I am OCD enough that I was considering sanding and re-finishing but that's just me...has a Nordstrand MM 4.2 pickup and a Series/Parallel/Single Coil switch wired in along with tone + volume. No back plate and switch comes almost flush so might need some modification to permanently mount one. Bridge has the 2 rear screws drilled and mounted only, I can supply the other 2 screws and even drill/mount if requested.
