The hybrid LowEnds were a limited run built by Brian Barrett of LowEnd basses due to some available (non-customizable) Jazz bass bodies that he offered with the USA LowEnd necks.
LE Hybrids use the same USA built necks designed by Brian that include titanium reinforcement inlays and dual action truss rods. Final assembly, setup, finish and fretwork were completed by Brian and his crew who have stellar reputation in the industry.
I picked this one up recently from the original owner to give LowEnd basses a shot. As soon as I picked it up, I was quickly blown away with how much bass you get at this price point.
The electronics are extremely versatile, the neck feels super comfortable, and the fit and finish is top notch. The 2/3 Band preamp lets you dial in a ton of different tones, and the pickups sound incredible.
Condition wise it’s in really great shape with plastic still on the pick guard and electronics cover. There are a couple of very minor dings on the back that were there when the original owner got the bass, other than that I can’t find anything.
