Very slow response, bass delivered with missing some parts.

This was a case of international shipping and I told the buyer that I could not be held responsible for the timeliness or arrival of the bass.
The buyer gave me specific instructions that I followed to a tee.
Neck screws were sent in a second shipment because the bass had to be taken apart to comply with international regulations and they were overlooked in the first shipment.
I will only ship CONUS in the future as this experience has put a red mark on my otherwise perfect positive feedback rating.
