I've had the bow about two years and have used it in concerts at Disney Hall etc. It draws a warm, strong tone, but I picked up two bows this year (by Renata Gonski and Z Prochownik) that better suit the basses. This has been spending too much time in the closet.
It's a long bow (@ 28" tip to screw; 23" hair length) and relatively light @ 124 grams. Excellent balance and extremely comfortable. Martin sent me 4 bows to choose from and this was (for me the best). Most of his osage bows are significantly heavier.
I'll try and post better photos later.
$1000 + shipping and I'm happy to send out on trial.
