I've been using this combo for live performance and recording and I have to say it's the best rig ever for a "true, larger than life" double bass sound. However, as I'm traveling more, I've found it's not as versatile on crowded stages with big PA support (multiple monitors.) I've decided to replace it with a preamp/powered speaker rig to give me a little more flexibility on the road.
