Here's a gnarly Meteoric Effects Super Nova fuzz pedal. I bought it new, and it's still in new, clean condition with no Velcro. It's never left my little home studio. No box or manual; just the pedal, which is how it was shipped to me by the maker.
Meteoric Effects is a fairly new effects maker, but I get the feeling they'll be around for a long time! I really like the sound, but it's just not quite my flavor. It kills on bass, guitar and keyboard. I'm only pricing it so low because it's virtually unknown; it's a steal at this price!
