This is the Miezo 18, a handmade custom 18' inch scale 6 string bass by Maurizio Uber Basses. It's actually the one currently featured on the Miezo 18 page at his site

It is tuned an octave above a regular 6-string bass (BEADGC) and uses regular bass strings, cut short. It works flawlessly, and when you throw an octave pedal on it, you can get into your regular bass range. It was something I had made for me during the pandemic, but with all of the other instruments I have, it's not getting used as much as I'd like. It's so easy to just take anywhere due to its size, and it sounds great, too.
