For sale MIJ E-Series Maple Precision Bass Neck

Player grade E-Series neck, which puts this as a 84-87. It was originally attached to a sunburst body with tortoise pg. Nut width is 1.625" and it weighs 2.5lb using bathroom scale method. Tuners are aftermarket Schallers which work well. The neck shape is not as thin as a modern C, but not as THICC as a 63' P bass profile.

The nut slots were widened at one point to allow for BEAD tuning (done professionally). There is a bit of a gap with the nut as seen in pictures, however, the luthier I took the bass to advised that it didn't affect function or play-ability and advised against replacing it, so it remains. I had it strung up E-G most recently and had no issues setting it up.

Truss rods turns in both directions, although there are scratches from over the years as pictured.

There are a handful of dings on the neck as well, which I've tried to document to the best of my ability.
