This Mike Lull PJ4 is a seasoned work horse with unreal tone. It spent most of its life in bars, however I could not find a single scratch in the matching paint (headstock/body) and the frets are near perfect. That is probably due to the perfectly seasoned TI flats and low action. The neck is thin but wide like a good bass should be. Pickups are Fralins and sound AMAZING, higher output than average. Volume, Volume, Tone setup. Weight is a very light at 8.0 lbs and is well balanced. Unsure of the year but my guess is early 2000’s.
Comes with original Pro-Tec Mike Lull case that definitely smells like it’s lived in a bar, although I’m working on it. Only thing I could find is the end of the fretboard wood is split, looks like it happened when adjusting the truss rod at one point (see attached pictures). Seems very stable and doesn’t affect anything.
$2,550
Shipping to be negotiated with buyer based on location. No trades. I’m just can’t choose between this Lull and my Riggio pbass so help me decide!
