Due to Covid 19, shipment of bass to Ortus took a LOT longer than normal to get to him. He was very patient. We had almost daily communication on shipping updates.
Upon receiving the bass, Ortus sent prompt payment! Had the privilege of speaking with him on the phone a couple of times. Super nice guy, super easy sale/transaction. Would not hesitate to do business with him again! Thank you Ortus!
