Seller noted "Small ding at the bottom of the bass by the strap pin but it does not affect play". The actual damage to the bass is two large dents/finish cracks, and the endpin is quite literally bent over/punched into the body of the bass. The instrument was clearly dropped from a significant height and landed on the endpin. I hope to be able to repair with a new endpin if I can repair the body area where the endpin contacts in order to make a solid and square connection.
