As far as I know they only make one size. It is adjustable from 42 inches, which is very short to 52 inches which would let the bass hang below my belt. I see online they changed the design on the newer ones. The new ones have a shorter neoprene part. This is the older style. More comfortable and more neoprene. Here is a pic of the strap all laid out
