In perfect working order, has velcro on the bottom (I'll do my best to de-fuzz before sending). One tiny mark, indicated in photo (follow my finger). Includes the case, candy, and a voltage-doubler cable for any 18V effects you might want to run.

Hate to nitpick, but in case it's relevant for potential buyers: that's a voltage doubler for 18V pedals, not a current doubler.
