This pickgaurd was made by "Fenderparts & Pickguards" reverb store out of Vancouver WA. They make really high quality vintage spec'd accessories. This is a great guard, but I went with a different color for my project bass. Really tasteful relic job on it, let me know if you want some additional pictures

Hi. Do you or anybody else here knows if this would fit a 2008 mic Squier P?
It’s definitely 13 hole, but I’m not sure if it’s a match.

Hello. The maker of this guard lists it as a replacement for "Fender USA Vintage Reissues". I can't answer your question with certainty, but I'd assume it's going to be a pretty close match. You might end up with a hole or two not completely in line.

Anytime that has happened to me, I fill in the old hole (toothpick and wood glue) and put a new one down.

Thx. Does the maker have those hole-to-hole measurements? Some makers do provide that info.
