Amazing and rare bass, essentially a Cirrus with a graphite composite neck (supposedly either made by Modulus or by Bell and Carson). I bought it from someone on Talkbass forums years ago and played many gigs with it, but the past few years it hasn't been out enough. I recently bought some custom IEMs and a Novation Bass Station for a series of gigs and I'm selling this Peavey to cover those costs.
The action is buttery and smooth and hasn't needed to be adjusted since I set it up more than ten years ago. String spacing is tighter than most 5-strings, which keeps the overall neck width closer to that of a 4-string bass.
Minor cosmetic dings and scratches documented in the photos.
Pricing is tricky since there are not many recent comp's, but based on inflation and a Peavey Millennium V currently for sale on Reverb.com, it's started at $1400 plus shipping from Los Angeles, CA.
35" Scale
21 Frets
18v 3-band EQ
9 lbs
Currently has Dunlop straploks on it which I'll probably remove and replace with the original strap pins (if I can find them). DR Fat Beams strings.
Take a look at this Video of the bass as well.
