Pedaltrain Mini (no longer made), I believe it measures 20" X 7". Comes with soft case and remaining original industrial-strength Velcro. Velcro has already been placed on the rails. Case (shoulder strap included) and board itself are in mint condition with no obvious scratches are damage otherwise.

About how much room sits above the board when it's laid flat in the case, enough for pedals to rest on it I assume?

Yes, I can close it easy with full size pedals on it. I used it with a Polytune 2, a EBS Multi-comp Compressor, and Aguilar CHORUSAURUS and it zipped up fine.
