Dealing with Jim was my most memorable transaction yet. Communication was my favorite part of this sale, as I was treated like a friend, with respect and kindness. Most interesting musician I have met so far, as he is an acoustical engineer. Inspire of all my efforts the delivery was late, but never a complaint from Jim. I am proud to call this member my friend!
