Details

Excellent+ condition Phil Jones C4 LITE cab, four 5” NEO drivers, 8 Ohms, weighs 21lbs. Purchased brand new 2 years ago. Never gigged, only used at home for practice at low volume with a Trace Elliot ELF. I don’t believe these are in production any longer. I’ve owned both the standard C4 and this LITE version, and I don’t hear a significant difference in tone between the two, but this one will save a few pounds over the standard C4. These were about $100 more than the standard C4 when they were available. Includes factory cover, and will be shipped in the original box I received with it.

from PJB:

The "Compact 4 Lite" is made for those who seek an ultra-light weight bass cabinet.

"Neo Power" 5" drivers were used in a Compact 4 cabinet constructed from Baltic Birch plywood. Rigid internal bracing keeps cabinet coloration to its lowest. It reproduces effortlessly the true tone of any bass or player. You hear subtleties and nuances in your playing never heard before. Your sound becomes more prominent and inspiring to you, your band, and your audience.

Physically, the Compact 4 Lite has the flexibility and portability of being used alone or stacked as multiples. At 21 lb weight, you can easily lift it with one hand!

Quantity is limited on this model. Black finish only. Slip on cover included.

Man, this is really tempting…. I have to say, it’s really weird that whenever I look at a piece of Pjb gear- as sexy as it may be- there’s always some little detail that is “off” in some way. In this case, it’s the fact that the jack plate DOESN’T HAVE THE TOTAL IMPEDANCE! ***? So… what is it? Thanks!

....nor does it state the recommended power limit/ handling of the cab.....which is.....ya know.....kind of relevant, LOL. The current C4 published rating is 400 watts. If I remember correctly, these light versions were rated for less, but my memory may be failing me on this deet.

This cab is also rated at 400W like the standard Compact 4. Listing now updated with specs from PJB.
