I had this ramp custom made for my Caprice bass a little while back. It made a HUGE difference for me, but I’ve sold the bass and no longer need it.
I believe the wood is ebony... it’s a darker wood. It’s tapered on the back to overcome the change on/off the pickguard. Also, it’s used... so there’s double tape residue on the back from when it was mounted on my bass.
