$4500 OBRO, shipping to lower 48 included. Sorry, no trades, and only domestic shipping.
Selling my MTD 535. It's a rare light ash body model, at 8.6 pounds. I'm good friends with Mike and it took us a long time to find the right woods for this, because it's very very hard for him to find a piece of lightweight ash that meets his tonal standards, and this one nails it. Most of his ash body basses are at least a pound heavier.
Anyway, ash body/neck, birdseye board, figured walnut top with matching peghead and heel cover, world logo, custom wood knobs (see below).
It also currently has the new Norm Stockton super-switch system in it, so the pickups can be switched from single/double, active/passive mode, and dual band mids (the full original pickups/elex also come with). Also includes deluxe hard rectangular case.
It's in mint condition (the reason I'm selling it... it needs to be played, and I'm not playing it... I've changed my lineup to go in a different, more traditional direction.)
After the custom knobs made with the same walnut...
