I regret having to sell this bass, but have to let it go. I was able to get my hands on a Rumblefish R5L and is the only reason why I am selling. Excellent looking and sounding bass. One of the earlier Mercalli 5's and have not seen many with rosewood neck, block inlays and binding. Price is based off what others sold for and includes shipping in Reverend hard case. I'll even include a set of DR High-Beam strings that were recommended for this bass!

Specs below:
34" scale, 19mm string spacing.
  • Split Brick, reverse-P neck pickup. Reverend says: Strong lows and highs, open mids. Like a vintage P bass pickup but with more beef, yet retains clarity. 43 gauge wire, ceramic magnet, 9.5K ohms.
  • Thick Brick, MM-style bridge pickup. Reverend says: Warm and thick with strong mids. Output and punch like an active, but more organic sounding. 42 gauge wire, ceramic magnet, 8K ohms.
  • Passive — volume, tone, balance
  • Korina body, flame maple top
  • 5-piece maple/walnut neck, rosewood fretboard with blocks and binding
  • 34" scale, 21 frets
  • Nut width: 47mm
  • Fretboard radius: 12"
  • String spacing at bridge: 19mm
  • Lockdown bridge — string through body or top load
  • 6-bolt neck joint
  • Chrome hardware
  • Around 9lbs

Me too... I just got one preowned too and I love it. With the hard Reverend case this is a fair price too!
Someone will snag this who knows what they are.
Very usable low B strings on these basses
I am selling several basses myself here on TB..so hope I can sell mine and get this one if still here. lol

I love mine!!
and with the factory case that is a real good deal.
These are great quality instruments.
I play with round wounds but that is a individual choice you know.

I'll even include a set of DR High-Beam strings that were recommended for this bass!
