I’d rather not, shipping costs have gotten out of hand. It would be over $100.

Use PirateShip. It would probably be $50-$60. I've used it twice recently at the recommendation of another TB'er, and it worked perfectly.

Haven't used PirateShip for shipping guitars yet, but I've used it many times for other stuff. It's a commercial discount, like when you do shipping through eBay or Reverb. Great service.
