1980 Rickenbacker Model 4000
This is a player grade 4000 with lots of checking and patina. All parts are original except for the Dunlop strap buttons. The bass has been set up and plays very well. The lower frets are at about 85% with some visible fret wear, but no fingerboard surface damage from string contact. The truss rod ends are straight and in very good condition. There is no lifting or repairs at the fingerboard seam. The truss rod block has been replaced with a new one. The neck joint is solid and holding firm.
