Buyer purchased a Mesa Boogie Cab from me. After receiving it, the buyer had told me that he took the driver out and found out that the driver was not stock and was a Carvin driver. I was unaware of this. Buyer assumed i knew about this and immediatly left negative feedback within 24 hours of receiving the item. However, after talking to the buyer and opening a "what would you do thread" he later moved it to neutral since he realized I was not given adequate time to right the ship. Had I been given the opportunity to turn this around, i would've offered a full refund for a return or given a partial refund if he wanted to keep it. Although the neutral feedback is a blemish in my score in my eyes, i hope ey continuing positive feedback and my daily contributions to TB will offset this.
