Mouse 30 Maple #1565. This unique Mouse features a beautiful (and rare) 1 piece semi-hollow swamp ash body, and a 1 piece maple top….a “one on one” if you will. It is a testament to Rob’s craftsmanship and pursuit of perfection. This particular piece has a really nice flowing quality that I like, that you only see in a one-piece top, plus a full spectrum of color: tan, peach, blond, and more. When I saw the figuring, I thought of sand on a beach after the wave fades back. This is a “drop top” model sans binding, with a generous arm contour. The 30” scale maple neck is made from eastern birdseye maple and features a Goncalo Alves fingerboard (lined fretless) with the integrated thumbrest option. It’s every bit as mint as the day I received it. If you think there is a blemish in any of the photos, it’s in the grain, and ask if you would like a close-up shot. The original Protec gig bag is included.
