I'm putting this one back up again. I recently purchased a used Warrior 5 and I have a "one in one out" policy so I originally put it back up "for sale only" but after thinking it through decided to list one of my Fender basses for sell instead, so I'd also be willing to do a trade on this one.
After playing this Roscoe 6 for a couple months, while I love playing it, I have no real need for a high C at church and the wider neck seems to wear my left hand out a bit more when playing in the lower register.
It's a wonderful 6 string and the bass setups and plays extremely well. Workmanship is impeccable. Very low buzz free action (.05 - .09; C-B string @24th fret) and it's got that really classic growly mid-voiced Roscoe sound.
This bass is literally like new and would cost around $4500 to build new with a wait time of 1-2 years (plus or minus two more weeks).
Bass is in like new condition (as is the Roscoe OHSC).
This is Century Plus model with quite a few upgrades.
Here are the specs:
PayPal preferred
Trades: Warrior Signature or DM 5 (preferably with the Big Boy config; Larger Humbucker/Bridge X5)
Roscoe SKB or Century 5
Here's a sound clip of the bass (recorded using Reason 9). All bass parts recorded with Roscoe 6 except the fretless parts.
