Sabine RT-7100 rack tuner. Extremely accurate. Has dual inputs and outputs on the front and back, so it also can be used like an AB box. Can be set to tune flat, by 1/2 step all the way to 2 full steps down. It picks up the low B on a bass quickly. It also comes with the footswitch in the picture, used for muting and switching channels. In excellent condition.
