They're the HCs, it looks like to me (In the picture I think I see four wires coming from the pickups, including red and green ones, which would mean they are the HCs). The singles just have two wires -- black and white.

Are they the same size as the USA Fender ones, where the bridge pickup is a little wider than the neck one?

these are the same size and will fit Fender Jazz Basses.
you will have a little gap on the bridge as the rout on
the Fender may be slightly bigger.
