Awesome, hard to find Sadowsky. The RV5-WL has a 1 3/4" nut, slightly smaller body, 22 frets, single coil pickups, and a mid boost circuit. The natural sound of the bass is more tight and bright than most RV5s, making this a very present and cutting bass. Its also very light for a metro.
On pricing, keep in mind, a normal RV5 is $2550 new and the RV5-WL is $3360 new (prices from BassCentral). I bought the bass new and have gigged it once. Ships in original case. $2700 shipped to the lower 48.
Trades - maybe but I'm very picky. A late model walnut top Modulus Q5 w/ EMGs would be tempting. Or maybe a dovetail mahogany/braz fodera 5. Prefer a sale, I'm out of closet space.
