Sadowsky preamp from my Fender Mexican Deluxe 5. This is before the Screw In connectors and has connectors similar to the EMG solderless preamps - The connectors for this version and the later, Pre-Warwick, versions all have EMG components. Anyways, the pickup hot and ground leads connect to the 2 prong leads, then you solder the bridge ground to the top of the balance knob and you’re done. I am selling because I am selling the bass. I was tempted to keep this one and sell the newer one from my other bass, because this one sounds better and no blue chip jumper piece to worry about.
Comes as you see it, with control plate and Dowsky knobs. I have included the EMG connectors. The bass already had the preamp in it and the installer simply had the pickup leads twisted on and wrapped with electrical tape.
