This bass is a 2017 model purchased "B-Stock" on Reverb early 2020. They weren't clear what the imperfection was when I bought it. The only thing I can see is a slight finish imperfection near the control knobs. It doesn't feel like a surface impact, but it may have been one or something under the finish. There is also a small nick in the wood under the neck pickup. I can see some very light fret wear/discoloration typical of about a year worth of steady use. Currently it has D'Addario Chromes lights (45-132) on it that are a few months old and still sound great.
I have replaced the neck EMG 40J pickup with an EMG 40P5. I think it sounds way better this way. The 40P5 was purchased from EMG directly on Reverb as a blemish model. Unfortunately the installation of that pickup is where the little nick in the pickup cavity came from. It had a very slight bulge to it as sometimes those old EMGs do. I will include the stock 40J so that you can switch it back if you want.
I don't have the allen wrenches that specifically came with this bass, I'm not sure I ever had them. The batteries have some mileage on them, but still work. No strap included.
Price is $550 shipped and paypal'd OBO. No trades.
