Recently lost my job and unfortunately have to let some things go.
Up for sale is a preamp I never thought I would let go of, the Science/EAE Mother.
I purchased it shortly after it came out last year (or was it 2023?), and it immediately replaced all my other preamps. Not only does it sound excellent, but with the direct output, it can be everything you need for recording and live playing.
I loved this preamp so much, I actually bought a second immediately after (which I later sold after a/b’ing the two and also needing money at the time lol).
What stood out most to me though was the absence and depth knobs. I’ve tried quite a few tube preamp/di’s, and the ability to sculpt out some of the brittle frequencies that comes with the tube sound was a game changer for me.
I feel pretty confident the next person will love it too, and I was hoping to get $260 shipped PayPal G&S for it.
