IGNORE PRICE IN HEADING PLEASE!!
I have here a SET (Neck and Bridge) of SIM's Custom Quad-Coil Pickups from the makers of ENFIELD Guitars in the UK.
I recently attended the Lords of the Low End event in NYC Sponsored by Labella Strings, MTD Basses, Willcox Guitars, Sadowsky Guitars and more ... where I both heard these pickups in action on a variety of Enfield and Brubaker basses, as well as met the Designer and his team. Let me tell you... these definitely perform as advertised. It really is taking the idea first seen in some of the Dual MM Ernie Ball basses and made it really work. They really do allow you to set any imaginable combination of coils and tones.
People have asked about the inherent tone of these pickups regardless of coil configuration, and the closest I can compare to is a slightly brighter Bartolini. They sound amazing. There's a ton of videos and reviews on Youtube so check em out.
This is a neck and bridge set New In Box with full install kit and wiring harnesses. These pickups are 215GBP or roughly $300 each.... I would much rather trade them out for something than sell them, but for now I will put an asking price of $400 O/B/O
(Stock image from Manufacturer)
Trades I'd be into...(plus or minus cash as applies)
Longshot Non-Musical stuff I'd bein into trading for:
