Everyone is always harping about the B string but I must say, this has the strongest G string of any bass I've ever owned. The specs are what they all are. 34" scale, 22 frets. These weigh about 11 pounds. I use a 4" Italia strap and have never had an issue with the weight. Comes in the incredible Sire gig bag.
