It's been a great run with this bass, but sadly, the time has come. My family is moving overseas, and we're making hard decisions about what we can take and what has to go.
I ordered this bass from Pete a long time ago; it was delivered in 2016. Since then, it's only ever been owned by me, gently used, smoke-free home... all of that. It's in excellent condition in every way, aesthetically and functionally.

Body: Alder
Top: Myrtle burl
Neck: One-piece maple
Fingerboard: Morado
Weight: between 8.5-9lbs
Scale: 34"
String spacing: 19mm
Pickup: Skjold dual coils
Controls: passive, vol/vol/passive tone control
As you would expect, it's an incredible instrument. It wouldn't surprise anyone who has heard a Skjold bass to hear that the clarity is amazing. In particular, the B string is monstrous... better than any other bass I've ever heard, at any scale length.
Looking for $2950 shipped CONUS. Willing to consider shipping OCONUS, if the buyer covers the difference. It'll ship in a Protec gig bag. No trades, please.
