Selling this Spector Ethos 5 in amazing condition. Great neck, comfier than the euros as it’s thinner, great tone from the Aguilars, way nicer than I was expecting! It has what I can only describe as a um “Syrupy” tone? I mean that in the best way possible, Like there’s a thick wetness to the tone that really fills the sonic space in the mix much differently than many other basses. The highs cut through the mix while the thickness of the bass frequencies fill up mix very nicely. All in all these Korean Ethos’ are no joke, yes those of you who have played Euros and USAs will notice a slight difference in hardware, but other than that, this bass is built to match its 2k sticker price. Fretwork is immaculate, the finish is beautiful, pickups and electronics rip, feels lightweight without feeling insubstantial!
