For sale I have a used but good condition CV 60s tort pickguard. It is a thirteen hole pickguard.
I replaced it with a CV 70s pickguard that was a perfect match so this should work well on a CV 70s.
I CAN NOT guarantee it will fit other p basses without modifications.
