In very good to excellent condition. Wore flats for 99% of its life so little to no fret wear. Truss rod works and turns smooth in both directions. Can get very low action with no buzz. Includes the original neck plate and screws.

Only real blemish is an extra tuner hole over the E tuner from a hiptshot D-tuner I had on there.
