Picked this neck up recently from another TBer. The neck comes loaded with the tuners and is in great shape. The only exceptions are some pressure indentations at the heel from a tight fit in a neck pocket at some point and a previous owner notched down the nut into the 0 fret area to get lower action - and it works great! Shown in pictures below. Neck is straight and truss rod works.
