I am selling my Sterling 5HS. This bass is mint! Not a mark or swirl on it that I can find. The photos do not do it justice. It has a very nice thick high gloss finish and the wood grain is fantastic. It is an amazing sounding bass and extremely versatile. The 5 way pickup selection gives you great tonal options and the neck is killer. These have 17.5mm spacing so very easy to play. The B string is killer as well.
I am selling because I have just purchased a Marco bass and am trying to get my hands on a Roscoe or a US Spector so I am moving this one and my American Precision V which is also listed on Talkbass.
Not looking for trades unless they are canadian based as I get killed on taxes when I trade. Believe it or not even on a trade I have to pay 13% of the bass's value to the Canadian Government without money ever changing hands.
I am selling this Sterling for $1350.00 shipped and insured in North America with the OHSC. I will ship overseas but the buyer must pay for shipping.
Weights between 9 - 9.5 lbs on my bathroom scale.
