Here's one of the special order Sterling by MM Joe Dart Signature Basses for sale. It's really fun to play, sounds great and is nicely built. The price is $424.99, which includes shipping CONUS. (Exactly what I paid for it.) I'll send it in the original Sterling inner box and shipping box.
The headstock shows "2024 Crop." I may have played this bass for 5 minutes including setup time. It's currently wearing Sadowsky light gauge roundwounds, but I'll also include the original flatwounds, which have not been played. I've also added a nicer knob and Stroploks, but I'll include the originals.
I'm selling because I just don't play 4 string basses ... ever. Knowing that about myself, I ordered it anyway! Apparently the excitement over this bass and Joe's involvement in the design and pricing was more than I could resist. Of course, I could keep it for those occasions where I really need a 4 string, but since I haven't needed one in the last 25 years, it's just not likely to happen.
