Details

Sunn bass cabinet loaded with JBL D-140'S. I had these speakers professionally reconed years ago by a JBL authorized repair shop. The speakers are 8 OHMs each. Total for the cabinet is 4 OHMs. I recovered the grill with new factory direct Sunn grill cloth. New corners, handles, custom made padded cover, new wheels. I have many Sunn parts and grill cloth too.

I used this cabinet for years and it never failed me for cutting through. I mostly used it with Sunn tube amps rated from 50 watts to 150 watts.

I had one of these years ago, same speakers. Killer sounding cab, for the life of me I cant recall what I ever did with it, somewhere along the line it went away. GLWTS

Allentown, PA!
Nice. I had the Yamaha copy of this cab and it was killer — imagine this is just as sweet or better.

Still have mine from high school '72. Use it with a Sunn Concert or also a 200s head. The sound is so good I just can't part. Not that heavy or hard to move.
I have more modern rigs, but still use the old stuff sometimes! It's all fun!

Thank you for the comments. I actually used it this past Saturday with my Sunn Model T. I sounded friggin' awesome. I haven't used it out on a job in over a year. I play in a 3 piece and it fills out the sound soooo good. I haul it in my Ford ranger so yes I literally just tilt it and slid it into the truck bed. Wheel it in and out at the job. Pretty easy.

I'm really only selling it because I'm looking to downsize. Other wise I'd hold onto it. I can't say that I've ever had a job where this cabinet alone was not enough. Classic rock in a 3 piece and it covered it just fine for years.
